Thank you everyone for your comments about the music on the bus. You all confirmed what I was feeling, that I should be glad that they can talk to me about these things. I have been praying that they will continue to feel comfortable talking to us about stuff, I know it's only going to get more complicated from here on out, the world isn't getting any more child-friendly. May God bless our children as they live in much scarier times than we had to.
Did you guys really think I was THAT healthy? Oatmeal and black-eyed peas? Ewww. Sounds like some kind of a tribal stew.

I agree on the "world" part. I sure don't remember it being this ungodly when I was a child, but then again, maybe it was and I was just protected by the angel of ear-plugging and eye-closing :) you know... ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation. Heb. 1:14.
Love your blog! I couldn't stay away. I've been reeled in and now it appears that I have too become apart of this strange reality.
