Someone needs to save me from myself. I have admitted to my punctuation problems. I'm not ashamed. That isn't my only problem though. Apparently spell check isn't enough. I need grammar check. I just read back over my last post and while I spelled all the words correctly, I missed something huge.
Assess and asses. Two different words. Two different meanings. What a difference one little S makes.
I thought about going back and fixing it.
I thought about just letting it go and not pointing it out.
But then we couldn't laugh about it together. Aren't you glad I'm here to humiliate myself on the world wide web?

Heth, you're hilarious. I love that you can laugh about your mistakes. I probably would have changed it right away... with a red face, too... hoping that no one had seen it yet! LOL!
BTW, I loved your video and your swooped bangs!
Your blog is great... I'm a "follower". :)
Too funny! I laughed my assess off! Hee! Hee! I can't believe i just typed that. What can I say it was the first thing that came to me. Just being real. I'm counting down the days before your big race so I can't imagine what you're doing! Love you bunches!
I totally didn't catch it haha! I was so amazed that the kids didn't snarf down those marshmallows. I thought for sure when you said you went up there, you were going to tell us that Gemma stuck one up her nose or something. Or Jack stuck one up Gemma's nose. Or Toby ground them into the carpet, or they clogged the toilet with them...I was kinda bummed heehee! I was like, "Aw, dang, they were being good." Heehee it's so fun to hear about the things kids do.
Wait a second...they were jumbos, not minis, I guess it's a good thing no one put one in their nose.
It shows how well I pay attention, I never noticed! HILARIOUS!!!!
I missed it too!
Too funny.
Have you never heard when you "assume" that you can spell you make an "a**" out of you and me?
Thanks for the birthday wishes.
Obviously I did see that yesterday and was just being all polite and all and chose not say anything. Honest.
Too funny! I didn't even notice that...how cute are you.
Too funny. I suffer from Comma Overuse Syndrome myself, so I missed it entirely.
(laughing) I hadn't even noticed the misspelling, but I am glad you pointed it out. If anyone "assesses" my grammar on my blog, I hope they will just love me anyway.
This is great! I've finally found someone who makes the same kinds of mistakes that I do. I CANNOT spell and at times it gets me into trouble. Dictionary.com has become my best friend.
i didn't catch it either. ;)
