It Wasn't In The Drawer

Oh that makes me laugh...because who wouldn't want to play with tape in the sand?!?

Jake is obsessed with tape...it's everywhere! He wears the duck tape around his wrist like a bracelet. Good grief.

Scotch tape is one of the things on my Hide or Else list---along with the stapler, scissors, black Sharpie markers, and certain junk foods I am territorial about.

hey, is my tape there too???? maybe my scissors or a pen that works??? all i can ever find here is electrical tape (go figure--looks terrible on presents but it will work..) and broken crayons, maybe they are all in your sandbox courtesy of the gnomes????? oooh, check for my fingernail clippers---they are always gone too! ;-)

They need to market a super cheap tape to moms with kids who want to use it up by the case. I'd be in line for it!

Is it EVER in the drawer?

And I suppose you also know the panic you feel when the SHARPIE is not where it is supposed to be right? PANIC. PANIC........

LOL, my kids do the same thing. Scotch tape is one of their favorite toys; along with water, scissors, permanent markers, kitchen spoons, and rocks.

It's so funny now. It wasn't when you were small. But that is a great photo. I can just see them trying to pull out a small piece, but because of their young motor skills, their little arm flies out and they get two feet of tape when they wanted two inches.
Love all the comments- you should do an excavation of the sand pile for Nicole.

I like the other items in the picture. So glad I'm not the only person who has random "stuff" in their yard from our lovely children.
