He Lives

Dogs have an average life span of 10-25 years. During the Roman Empire, Romans had an approximate life expectancy of 22 to 25 years. Today my little brother turns 25, he's got the dogs and the Romans beat.

I am happy to report that Shane survived years of stitches and sprains. He pulled a sweet bike-dive off of the chicken house roof and walked away. There was one skateboarding incident and countless snowboarding falls. Firefest did not claim his life or any of his limbs and he has never been bitten by a rabid squirrel while chasing them across his college campus. I'm sure there are many, many more feats he attempted that we will never know about, and it's pobably a good thing that we don't. Shane, have an awesome birthday. And wear a helmet.
