I'm a little nervous about you having access to all these old photos! I'm thinking that's 1955. And I wouldn't even be able to touch one of those metal tumblers now- it would set off an electrical storm with my fillings!
I remember as a child when we would gather together as a family and watch our favorite TV shows...that little black and white number with the rabbit ears perched on top of a rolling cart.

LOL, oh my. I remember when one of our neighbors had a color t.v. and we were so fascinated. What a great photo.
that's cool that that is a color photograph. i don't have any color photos of my parents until the '70s!
