Disregard the Toad

It's a makeover, Laundry Pile style. This morning before school we decided to take the plunge. Summer is almost here, it's time for the hair to go. Let me introduce you to the new six year old living in our house.

Now he looks like one of mine :)

The thing is, both those hair styles fit his personality. Wonder if his teacher recognized him when he walked in today!

Such a cute little man! Can't believe what a difference a haircut makes. He almost looks like a different kiddo, but you can't mistake those beautiful eyes.

That picture with the frog is so darned cute!! That is like a classic frameable 'all boy' photo.

My boys always had buzz cuts in the summer! I'll never forget the summer that they wanted 'racing stripes' on the side...
I let them have them...
Being the mother of five, I learned to choose my battles wisely...
Yes to racing stripes -
No to racing motorcycles!!

I'm 'down to' only two high schoolers at home, and now I have grandsons come over to visit with their buzz-cuts... (smile!)

Funny, I prefer my son with shorter hair, but I'm used to seeing it longer now on other boys. Yours is a cutie either way.

Whoa! Absolutely shocking, but way cool too. Does he like it? The few times my son had a buzz, he loved that everyone rubbed his head to feel it.

I had to study his face at church tonight to make sure it was really him! He looks adorable! We got ours buzzed yesterday! Had to buzz the super glue out of the back of Mr. Eli's which was stuck from his trip to see Doc who glued his head back together a few weeks ago!
